THE LOW-CARB AVOCADO SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:

  • Β½ avocado
  • 100-gram plain yoghurt
  • 1 heaped teaspoon of moringa powder or leafy green powder
  • 2 tablespoons of full cream
  • 3 ice blocks
  • 200ml of water
  • 1 tablespoon of raspberries.

Blend the avocado, yoghurt, moringa, ice, full cream and water into a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into your favourite bowl or glass and top with raspberries. Enjoy😊.

THE BLACKBERRY-SOFT CITRUS & MINT DETOX PARFAIT

Ingredients:

  • 50 grams of blackberries
  • 1 medium sized soft-citrus/tangerine
  • 200 grams of plain yoghurt
  • 40 grams of granola
  • Any amount of mint leaves

In a bowl or glass, carefully place the soft citrus, yoghurt, granola and blackberries in layers until your bowl is full. For decoration purposes, you can sprinkle soft citrus zest on top of your built parfait. Enjoy!

THE STRAWBERRY-BANANA & MINT DETOX PARFAIT

Ingredients

  • 1 large banana
  • 200 grams plain yoghurt
  • 100 grams fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 40 grams of granola
  • Any amount of mint leaves
  • 3 ice blocks
  • 2 tablespoons of full cream

Blend the yoghurt, strawberries, mint leaves, ice blocks and full cream in a high speed blender until smooth and creamy.

In a bowl or cup, place the granola, banana and blended smoothie into layers. Decorate your parfait with mint leaves and enjoy!

THE GUAVA-LIME & MINT DETOX PARFAIT

Ingredients:

  • 2 large guavas
  • 1 lime
  • 40 grams of granola
  • 200 grams plain yoghurt
  • Mint leaves

In a bowl or a cup, place the ingredients in layers and build a beautiful parfait. You can top the parfait with some lime zest for better taste and smell. Enjoy.

THE BEETROOT & APPLE-MINT DETOX SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:

  • 1  Apple
  • 3 small beetroot
  • 15 grams Moringa powder
  • 200 grams plain yoghurt
  • 200 full cream milk
  • Mint leaves
  • 3 ice blocks

Blend the apple, beets, moringa, yoghurt & milk in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy. Pour the smoothie in a cup and top with some mint leaves. Enjoy!

THE WATERMELON & MINT DETOX SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 200 grams watermelon
  • 100 grams full cream
  • 200 grams vanilla yoghurt
  • 3 ice blocks
  • mint leaves
  • 150 ml water

Put the watermelon, cream, ice blocks, mint leaves and water into a high speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. For more thickness add more yoghurt into the blender.

  • 200 grams pineapple
  • 100 grams cucumber
  • 200 grams strawberry yoghurt
  • 40 grams granola

In a bowl or cup, carefully layer the pineapple,cucumber,yoghurt,granola and mint leaves until you build a beautiful parfait. Sprinkle the top with some granola and mint leaves.Enjoy!
