Most people in this century have a different mindset when it comes to health and longevity. We see this as scientists constantly conduct researches and create treatments to combat diseases & viruses such as the common flu which was deadly in the 20th century. (

This brings us to the fact that people do not want to die of diseases or viruses. People are constantly fighting battles within their immune systems to live. We all want to live, above all, live longer to see those great great-great-grandchildren. Today, with our current technology and knowledge, we can live longer due to healthy practices and the right diet.

So when you see those overripe bananas, don’t throw them away! Put them to good use by making yourself a lovely banana bread packed with blueberries and strawberries!

Enjoy food and live long!

Here are some benefits of eating overripe bananas:

1.   Relieves heartburn

Bananas help relieve heartburn by acting as an antacid but only if they are covered with dark spots. Raw bananas have more potassium nitrate which would be counterproductive because nitrates lead to heartburn.

2.   Lower blood pressure

Including overripe bananas can help prevent strokes and heart attacks by helping your circulatory system function more efficiently due to their potassium levels.

3.   Get a natural energy boost

Overripe bananas are sweeter because they contain more good carbohydrates and eating three bananas provides more than enough energy for an intense workout.

4.   Bananas delay and prevent cell damage

Overripe bananas are rich in antioxidants, which, according to, is beneficial in preventing or delaying cell damage in one’s body. This lowers the risk of diseases and improves your immune system.

5.   Helps combat cancer

According to When a banana becomes too ripe, its peel turns a few shades darker. The dark spots on the peel create Tumor Necrosis Factor (TNF), a substance that can kill cancerous and abnormal cells.

  • 100 grams blueberries
  • 50 grams of strawberries

How much sugar should you consume daily?

In this modern era, added sugar is the worst enemy to our health and should be avoided at all costs especially when you purchase your goods at the grocery store. Ensure that you check the food labels on your packaged food to know exactly what you are feeding your body.

The American Heart Association advises men to consume a maximum of 37.5 grams of added sugar daily, whilst women are advised to consume a maximum of 25 grams added sugar daily.
Consuming too much sugar can lead to health complications such as diabetes, chronic illnesses, blood sugar spikes and weight gain. Prevention is better than cure therefore, strive to be a bit cautious on what you eat to increase longevity and basic wellness.

ACNE- Have you ever eaten some delicious chocolate bars or doughnuts and after 4 hours or more you suddenly breakout? According to the Healthline, sugar contains oxidative properties that are shown to provoke acne and breakouts. Sugary foods once ingested, convert quickly into glucose and cause the body’s insulin levels to rise leading to bursts of inflammation on the body. Research shows that insulin spikes play a huge role in producing excess sebum or skin oils and this contributes to clogged follicles plus a worse skin complexion.

HYPER ENERGY- I am sure most people are aware of the dangers of giving children candy and how uncontrollable they become afterwards. I remember when my little cousins came over to my place and ate some candy. Oh, my goodness, how I wished they hadn’t eaten those doughnuts! They couldn’t settle on one place, some were running all over the house and I had to chase them, some were laughing nonstop and it wasn’t even something funny to laugh at. Can you imagine a kid laughing like crazy after every 10 seconds? It was like that. They were high and hyper. After some time, they eventually lost all that energy and slept like babies. Whew, that was over finally! My point is, don’t give children treats that contain sugar, rather buy sugar-free sweets or make healthier snacks for them like fruits etc.

WEIGHT GAIN- sugar is high in calories while offering few other nutrients, they are often referred to as empty calories, as they are high in calories yet void of nutrients, Consuming small amounts of added sugar is unlikely to cause weight gain, but regularly eating food with added sugars may cause you to gain excess body fat quicker and more drastically. Food high in sugar are less filling thus one tends to eat more in order to feel satiated. This causes one to eat an excess of their daily allowance and results in weight gain.

PREMATURE AGEING– We all need the fountain of youth, however, that juice you had for breakfast or the dessert you had before bed is sabotaging your goals. Sugar ages all both internally and externally. Here is something interesting: According to Dr Nish from the Unity Point Health Organisation, when you put a banana out on the counter and unpeel it, It gets brown within 24 to 48 hours. The sugars in that banana are reacting with proteins, causing cross-linking and the brown colour (browning reaction). The exact same reaction happens in our bodies thus we are browning from the inside out. The more sugar we have, the more our skin starts to suffer. This leads to acne, the appearance of wrinkles, sagging in neck and chin, development of dark spots, slower healing of cuts & scraps, etc.

WEAK IMMUNE SYSTEM– According to a study done by researchers at Loma Linda University in Southern California, sugar impairs white blood cells. The main purpose of white blood cells is to fight bacteria and viruses that enter the body, however, sugar wears them out so that they can’t get that critical job done.

  1. Honey- Instead of adding cubes of sugar in your tea or coffee, why not replace it with natural honey? Raw honey contains less fructose and is the only natural sweetener with health benefits such as anti-microbial effects, promotes heart health and contains anti-inflammatory effects.
  2. Instead of having fruit juice, drink plain water with lime or lemon fruit to taste.
  3. Include cinnamon in your tea for sweet taste.
  4. Snack on dried fruit instead of candy.
  5. Maple Syrup- unlike sugar, maple syrup contains more than 50 beneficial compounds including antioxidants and a molecule with anti-inflammatory properties. The darker the syrup, the higher the concentration of these compounds.
Various kinds of sugar

Natural foods are always the best.

Butternut squash

Are you tired of eating potatoes? Are you out of side-dish ideas to serve your family? Are you at the verge of giving up preparing a hearty winter meal for your guest coming over?
Well, have some little Faith (me), here is a little treat for you!
The winter butternut squash is where you begin. The nutrition and health benefits of butternut squash are plenty, and you can enjoy it—baked, boiled, or sautéed on its own, or added to stir fries and salads. It’s the perfect side dish to any entrée.
Before we delve into the recipe, let me give you some 10 amazing health benefits that the butternut squash can bring to you, your family and guests!

The Health & Skin Benefits of Butternut Squash

Have you been experiencing some leg or joint pains? Have you been struggling to go for those morning runs because your legs start aching when you run that first kilometre? The solution lies in including butternuts in your diet! The winter squash contains plenty of manganese and vitamin C. Manganese helps to maintain a healthy bone structure, calcium absorption and enzyme creation. Vitamin C is involved in the production of collagen, which is vital for building bone mass. Magnesium also contributes to the health of joints and bones. The squash contains minerals such as iron, folate, zinc and phosphorus which contributes to healthy bones and protects them against osteoporosis.

Have you been suffering from excruciating cramps before or during your monthly period? Well, some people rely on the pills to subside the pain, but, how about approaching this differently. How about you try to adjust your diet, start to eat healthily or exercise more often? I believe that doing things the natural way will lead you to the perfect you. When you do so, you will experience fewer period cramps and have an immune system which is less prone to viruses (airborne). A study proved that the women who consumed high amounts of this mineral as part of their daily diet suffered fewer mood swings and cramps than others. Therefore, eating squash is a great way to increase your intake of magnesium.

Butternuts contain high levels of Beta-carotene: an antioxidant. Studies have found that people who have a high intake of beta-carotene have a lower risk of developing asthma. This delicious orange vegetable can prevent the emergence of asthma in you or your loved ones.

As mentioned earlier, squash is an excellent source of vitamin A. It has beta-carotene that gets converted into vitamin A within the body. Being a powerful antioxidant, vitamin A is required for maintaining proper health and integrity of the skin. The butternut squash also contains nearly half of your daily dose of vitamin C, which has been linked to healthier skin.

A study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition examined links between vitamin C and skin ageing in 4,025 women aged 40-74 and found that higher intakes of the vitamin were linked to a lower likelihood of wrinkles and dryness. The squash protects your skin from the damaging effects of sun exposure and prevents dehydration. Regular consumption of squash keeps your skin hydrated. Look younger!

The butternut squash is the best choice for healthy and sustainable weight loss. It is fat-free and very low in calories. A cup of yellow squash contains about 36 calories, 7 grams carbohydrates, 1-gram protein and less than 1-gram fat besides being cholesterol free. The squash has low-calorie content due to fewer carbohydrates. Thus, if you want to lose weight, you can easily replace higher calorie vegetables like potatoes and corn with yellow squash.

The high antioxidant content in the butternut helps in eliminating free radicals from the body. The beta-carotene present in the vegetable protects the body from pollutants and chemicals that can lead to cancer.

The squash contains lutein antioxidant which plays a huge part in preventing the emergence of cataracts and macular degeneration, which often leads to blindness. If you want healthy eyes and improved eyesight, then start eating!

Butternuts reduce the risk of heart disease as they contain negligible fat and almost no cholesterol. They also contain magnesium which has been shown to reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke. Magnesium along with potassium helps in reducing high blood pressure. The vitamin folate present in butternuts helps in removing an unhealthy metabolism which is responsible for heart attack and stroke. Moreover, folate lowers cholesterol levels, and this reduces the risk of atherosclerosis and heart disease.

Doctors recommend that you should consume plenty of fibre-rich foods to aid the body’s digestion process. The squash contains good amounts of dietary fibre, and you can include it in your diet to facilitate bowel movements. If you have been having digestion issues such as constipation or bloating, the butternut squash can relieve those symptoms.

Gluten free parfait

Oats are among the healthiest grains on earth. In fact, oats have been the number one  breakfast food for many across the world, for about 130 years.

Most people love the taste of oats but to other’s demise they cannot enjoy oats due to gluten intolerance!

Good News!

There is a special type of oats called the gluten-free oats and these can be safely consumed by people who have a gluten intolerance or celiac disease.

So, what does gluten free mean?

Gluten free means that food does not contain gluten. Gluten means “glue” in Latin and is a protein that’s mainly found in wheat, rye, and barley. It helps things like pizza dough and pasta keep their structure, and for most of us, eating it is no big deal. But that’s not the case for everyone.

Gluten affects people with celiac disease. Celiac disease is an autoimmune disorder in which gluten causes the body to attack the small intestine. This results in lots of bloating, abdominal pain, chronic diarrhoea, weight loss, and fatigue.

So, what are the benefits of Gluten-Free Oats?
Gluten free oatmeal
  1. Gluten free oats are high in a soluble fiber called beta-glucan. Beta-glucan helps reduce cholesterol and blood sugar levels, promotes healthy gut bacteria and increases feelings of fullness.
  2. Gluten free oats aid in lowering the risk of heart disease by reducing both total and LDL cholesterol and protecting LDL cholesterol from oxidation.
  3. Oatmeal helps you to lose weight by making you feel satiated. It does this by slowing down the emptying of the stomach and increasing production of the satiety hormone PYY.
  4. Oatmeal has long been used to help treat dry and itchy skin. It may help relieve symptoms of various skin conditions, including eczema. If you want to have the best skin, its best to include oats in your diet.
  5. Oatmeal protects against diabetes. The soluble fibre in oats does not contribute to  blood sugar spikes that can put you at risk for type 2 diabetes and heart disease. If you already have diabetes (either type 1 or type 2) soluble fibre can help keep your condition under control.
  6. Gluten free oats boost your immune system. One specific type of fibre found in oats is beta-glucan. This type of fibre helps your immune cells find and get to sites of infection quicker as it raises your immune system’s response.
  7. Oats contain many powerful antioxidants, including avenanthramides. These compounds may help reduce blood pressure and provide other benefits. They are also nutritious as they are rich in carbs and fiber, but also higher in protein and fat than most other grains. They are very high in many vitamins and minerals.

Will spending money on skin care products only, get you that radiant look?

Of course not! Healthy skin is a product of your lifestyle, what you eat, how often you work out, how much water you drink and much more. Skin care is not about buying those expensive brands for the perfect look. No, skin care is living sustainably and in a healthy way. Its all about taking care of the inside-out as well as the outside-in.

The first thing that people notice about you is your skin. Your quality of skin tells your overall health and fitness level to any random person you meet! In this world, everyone has a different skin tone and texture making them require different quantities of minerals and nutrients that are essential to look radiant. Thus, knowing your skin type is essential for optimum results. Taking care of your skin is one of the most important things you should be doing because the world we live in is under extreme pollution. Your skin is the largest organ in your body. It not only controls your physical appearance but, is also responsible for defending your body against various pathogens, therefore, make skincare your priority.

Now, let’s jump into the 7 pro tips to natural radiance & glowing skin!

Glowing Skin Tip 1: Stay hydrated
How much water do you drink daily? 1 liter? 2 liters? Or 750 ml? Also, why should you drink water?
According to health authorities, the recommended amount of water intake is eight 8-ounce glasses or 2 liters. The body is about 60% water, give or take, therefore, you are constantly losing water from your body, primarily via excretion and sweat. To prevent dehydration, you need to drink adequate amounts of water. Drinking adequate quantities of water will give you the glow you are looking for.

There have been numerous debates on whether drinking water gives you a radiant, healthy, younger-looking complexion. Others say it has no effect on skin’s appearance whatsoever.

So, what is the truth?

The fact is that the skin is an organ that is made up of cells. Skin cells, like any other cell in the body, are made up of water thus without water, the organs will certainly not function properly or at their best. If your skin is not getting a sufficient amount of water, the lack of hydration will present itself by turning your skin dry, tight and flaky. Dry skin has less resilience and is more prone to wrinkling. The solution is to drink plenty of water to get that plump and radiant skin.

Glowing Skin Tip 2: Nutrition
If you desire that radiant look, turn to your kitchen! Your kitchen is your best friend when it comes to having a naturally glowing skin. Actually, the answers to all your beauty problems may already be in your kitchen! The olive oil can make a great natural body moisturizer – and brown sugar can be mixed with olive oil to make an exfoliator. For those suffering from acne, ice, honey, and salt may be your skin’s new best friends. Run an ice cube over spots to help reduce swelling, follow with an antiseptic and soothing honey mask, then finish with a saltwater toner. For those with eczema, try putting some oatmeal in your bathwater to help soothe your skin.

A healthy skin not only adds to your personality but also reflects how healthy you are on the inside. Whatsoever happens on the outside is a sign of what is going on in the inside.
That radiance can be achieved by incorporating healthy fats into your diet such as the avocado fruit. Vitamin A is responsible for smooth immune functions, a good vision has antioxidant properties and is extremely vital for maintaining healthy-looking skin. Fish oils are rich in Omega 3. Unlike plant-based oils, fish oils contain DHA and EPA, essential fatty acids the body can’t make for itself. Fatty acids form a protective web around the skin, helping to stop moisture being lost and giving skin a healthy appearance.

Glowing Skin Tip 3: Pamper yourself with essential oils
Many of us are afraid of putting oil on our faces, especially those who suffer from oily skin. However, non-comedogenic oils can actually help to clear out pores, reduce sebum production and naturally moisturize the skin.Oils such as almond oil and grapeseed oil are great natural moisturizers. Jojoba oil is an effective multi-functional oil which is particularly beneficial for acne-prone and oily complexions as it can help to normalize sebum production. Jojoba oil can be used as a cleanser, using the oil cleansing method, and can also replace your regular eye makeup remover and moisturizer.

Glowing Skin Tip 4: Exfoliate
Exfoliation is the process of removing dead skin cells from the outer layer of your skin. Our skin continually produces new cells and, as these new cells appear, dead ones can accumulate on the skin’s surface, leading to dull, dry skin. Regular exfoliation is important for removing dead skin cells. It will not only leave your skin looking much brighter but will allow skin products and moisturizers to penetrate the skin more effectively. If done regularly, you can improve your skin’s texture and help stimulate the production of new cells and collagen. Additionally, it provides a smoother surface for foundation to glide evenly over your face! Simply put, if you want healthy and radiant skin, you need to exfoliate.

Glowing Skin Tip 5: Facial Masks
Strawberry Face Mask– strawberries are packed with anti-oxidants and anti-inflammatory properties that help slow down the aging process, treat burns and offer the best form of UV protection. They are rich in alpha-hydroxylic acid which helps to get rid of dead skin cells.

Aloe Vera Face Mask– Aloe Vera rejuvenates the skin, hydrates it, and keeps your skin looking fresh all the time. It has antimicrobial properties, making it ideal to treat acne and pimples. It is a great natural antioxidant that reverses the oxidative damage experienced by the skin. This will reduce dullness and give your skin a natural glow.

Cucumber Face Mask- To make your skin glow, you need the cucumber. It is full of antioxidant nutrients as well as beta- carotene, vitamin C and manganese. Cucumber is a natural toner that has cooling features and helps to lessen dark greasy complexion.

Glowing Skin Tip 6: Exercise
We all know that exercise is the cornerstone of a healthy lifestyle. But, were you aware that there are ways you can exercise for skin that glows? Whether you’re hitting a treadmill or heading to an aerobics class, the cardiovascular exercise of any kind increases blood flow. As your heart starts to pump faster, it delivers oxygen rapidly to all of your organs, including your skin.

Extra oxygen delivery isn’t just crucial for keeping your skin healthy; it combats the free radicals you produce after encountering pollution. Whether you live in a rural area or a city setting, your skin encounters pollutants. Without the right amount of oxygen and antioxidants, your skin and overall complexion can start to look old before its time.

If you do choose cardiovascular exercise, complement the process with adequate hydration. Failing to up your H2O intake after a heavy workout impacts your skin’s elasticity, leaving it looking dry and unhappy. Similarly, drinking plenty of water reduces the risk of electrolyte imbalances, which may reduce the amount of collagen you should produce naturally.
Rather than relying on makeup for glowing skin and rosy cheeks, why not get a natural glow with some outdoor activity? You will achieve that radiant look.

Glowing Skin Tip 7: Get enough sleep!
During sleep our skin cells renew themselves and collagen production increases, helping to keep your skin looking beautiful, healthy and youthful. According to the British Medical Journal ,sleep-deprived people were rated as having dull skin than those who had had a normal night’s sleep. To get glowing skin with minimal effort, try to establish a regular bedtime and get seven to eight hours of sleep a night. Stress affects our skin in many unfortunate and undesirable ways. A study has shown that chronic stress can actually accelerate cellular aging, leading to wrinkles. Stress has also been found to exacerbate many skin conditions, including eczema and acne, as well as robbing us of our much-needed beauty sleep.

If you relax and get plenty of sleep, you will get that radiant and glowing skin. Following these 7 pro tips to natural radiance & glowing skin will get you the results that you desire.

The Eden Skin Strawberry & Limes

What exactly is a detox diet and why should anyone detox?

Well, to put it simply, a detox diet entails a period when you abstain from unhealthy foods and follow a strict regimen of eating fruit & vegetables, drinking water, herbs and tea. During detoxification you are ridding the body of toxic substances.

Many people who go on a detox diet are unaware of exactly how they work or what is in the mixtures they’re eating or drinking. Thus, analyzing each individual component that goes into a detox drink or detox diet is important as it can help you understand how your protocol is aiding you and how each detox ingredient is providing you with the health and fitness benefits you need.

Now below is a list of powerful fruits to include in your detox diet:

  1. LEMON

What fruit makes your skin glow, aids in digestion, helps you lose weight and boosts your energy after that awesome run or workout at the gym? Yes, it’s the lemon! This fruit is packed with vitamin C which contains antioxidants that promote glowing skin, reduce pigmentation, blemishes and is a powerful weapon to combat acne. If you swap your soda, fruit juice or energy drink for a lemon detox, you will not only keep yourself hydrated, but you can decrease your caloric intake and speed up weight loss. Moreover, including lemon into your detox water will bring out benefits such as an immunity boost (for those who easily catch a cold) and prevention of kidney stones.

This is one of my favourite detox ingredients. One of the biggest benefits of strawberries is their fiber content which helps in suppressing appetite. Strawberries can absorb water and slow down digestive processes while expanding the stomach which leads to reduced hunger and cravings. So, if weight loss is your goal, strawberries are a big help and should be added to your diet as frequently as possible. Strawberries can help prevent inflammation. Inflammation is the culprit of cell damage, diabetes and mental illness. Due to their high vitamin C content, strawberries fight inflammation and they keep nasty symptoms at bay.

Is it a vegetable or is it a fruit? Well, the cucumber is commonly thought to be a vegetable by many, however, it is a fruit! This fruit is packed with antioxidants that help fight cancer and autoimmune diseases. It promotes hydration as water is crucial to your body’s function, aids in weight loss, lowers blood sugar and supports regular bowel movements.

  1. LIME

Several skin care products claim to promote healthier, younger looking skin. However, there is no need to spend money on expensive products to improve the smoothness and appearance of your skin. Limes contain vitamin C and flavonoids, the antioxidants that strengthen collagen. Drinking lime water can hydrate and rejuvenate your skin.During the cold and flu season, you are at a risk of getting an infection, therefore, if you want to stay healthy, sip on lime juice throughout the day.

Limes contain vitamin C and antioxidants that can strengthen your immune system and help your body fight off infections such as the cold and flu virus. It may also shorten the duration of an illness. Finally, Limes reduce inflammation. Arthritis, gout, and other joint problems are all caused by inflammation. Vitamin C can reduce the level of inflammation in your body, thus adding lime to water can relieve symptoms of arthritis and similar conditions that cause joint pain and stiffness.

This fruit is known as nature’s candy. Wild raspberries have been gathered for consumption by humans for thousands of years. With their rich color, sweet juicy taste, and antioxidant power, it is no wonder raspberries remain one of the world’s most consumed berries. Raspberries can range in color from the popular red and black varieties to purple, yellow, or golden.

Raspberries improve brain power. They aid in memory improvement and decrease the decline in cognitive ability related to aging. According to a recent report in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, raspberries are shown to lower the risk cardiovascular diseases. This is because they contain potassium which supports heart health. Moreover, raspberries contain powerful antioxidants that fight against free radicals that inhibit tumor growth.

Now, to reap multiple health benefits from taking detox water, try to mix up your ingredients. If your reason for detoxing is clear skin-make sure you overload your water with all the fruits that promote clear skin. The avocado fruit is nutrient dense and packed with nearly 20 vitamins and minerals which include vitamins C, E, K, and B-6, as well as riboflavin, niacin, folate, pantothenic acid, magnesium, potassium, lutein, beta-carotene and omega-3 fatty acids.

Most people fear the amount of fat and calories that come from avocados, in fact, I was one of those people until one day that I finally tapped into the amazing benefits of including avocados into my diet.

Avocados are packed with healthy fats that aid in appetite control. Eating healthy fats supports skin health, enhances the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients, and may even help boost the immune system.

In addition, studies have found that eating a plant-based diet that includes avocados can help to decrease the risk of diabetes, heart disease and obesity and  promoting a healthy complexion and hair, increased energy and weight management.

Below are the 5 benefits of consuming low-carb avocado smoothies:

1.Avocados reduce inflammation (acne culprit).

Avocados contains vitamin E which fights with the bacteria causing acne and fades the acne scars. They are also packed with antioxidants that fight with free radicals damaging the skin cells. The monounsaturated fats like oleic acid present in avocado nourish and moisturize the skin and they contain anti-inflammatory properties that provide relief from swelling, redness and pain. Moreover, when consumed regularly, avocados maintain the blood sugar levels which in turn balances the hormones in the body.

If you are one of those people who suffer from those pesky acne breakouts, say hello to your home remedy. According to recent studies, excess oil production is the main culprit for the development of acne. Hormonal changes, improper hygiene, nutritional deficiencies and stress are some of the factors that trigger excess oil production. The only formula to get rid of acne in long term is nutritional diet and proper skin care.

2. Helps with weight loss

According to the Nutrition Journal, their studies and surveys reveal that people who eat avocado on a regular basis tend to weigh less. Avocados are full fiber and healthy fats that help you feel full and satisfied and when the body digests these fats, neurons are sent to the brain to turn your appetite to the off switch. Also, feeding your body with healthy fats releases stored fat from your body leading to weight loss and help you maintain a healthy weight.

3. Balances Hormones

As mentioned above, hormonal imbalances cause the production of excess sebum and oil in the skin which in turn causes inflammation and acne. This is true for ladies who when they are near their menstrual periods have serious annoying breakouts. The cause of these breakouts are hormones that are out of whack. In order to balance your hormones and reduce the production of acne, one needs to incorporate healthy fats into their diet. Thus, this is where the avocado shines. Now, avocados are rich in monounsaturated fats that help your body absorb and use nutrients, they are loaded with fibre, potassium, magnesium, vitamin E, B vitamins and folic acid which are all critical for maintaining hormonal balance.

4. Promote Hair Growth

Avocados prevent hair loss and promote hair growth. They can also be used to improve the condition of your hair by acting as a moisturizer for dry or damaged hair. Avocados were first used for this purpose by early Egyptians. They are an excellent source of vitamin E, which may promote hair growth, protects areas of the skin, like the scalp, from oxidative stress and damage. Moreover, avocados are a great source of essential fatty acids. (A deficiency in essential fatty acids has been linked to hair loss).

5. Contains anti-aging properties

Avocados have been praised for their high levels of fat-soluble vitamins, Vitamins A and E which are good for fighting aging signs, aid in nourishing, moisturizing, and maintaining a young-look. Cells and cell membranes are kept healthy and there is a delay in senescence, or the natural aging process due to the vitamins in avocados.
