POMEGRANATE SMOOTHIE BOWL

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pomegranate
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 30 grams raspberries
  • 50 grams vanilla yoghurt

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Put the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until thick, smooth and creamy.
  2. Decorate with some blueberries and granola. Enjoy!

SPIRULINA & STRASPBERRY SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:

  • 20 grams strawberries
  • 10 grams raw almonds
  • 20 grams raspberries
  • 300 grams vanilla yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon of spirulina powder
  • 1 heaped teaspoon of moringa powder
  • 3 ice blocks
  • 200 ml water
  • Mint leaves

Instructions:

  1. Put the yoghurt, strawberries, raw almonds, raspberries, spirulina, moringa, ice blocks, water and mint leaves in a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, if the smoothie is too thick, add some water bit by bit until you reach the level of creaminess you want.
  3. Pour in a jar, glass or bowl
  4. Sprinkle some mint leaves, raspberries and raw almonds on top for a crunchy-chewy texture.
  5. Enjoy!

GOJI BERRY SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Banana
  • 300 grams vanilla yoghurt
  • 10 grams goji berries
  • 10 grams chia seeds
  • 3 ice blocks
  • 200 ml water
  • Mint leaves

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Put the banana, vanilla yoghurt, goji berries, chia seeds, mint leaves, ice and water into a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy: if you want more thickness just add more yoghurt.
  3. Pour the smoothie in a bowl, jar or cup.
  4. Sprinkle some mint leaves and goji berries for decoration purposes. You can even add some raspberries for colour and more flavour.
  5. Add a slice of brown bread topped with banana and raspberries.
