CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

Chocolate mousse
INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup skim milk powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 250 ml chilled cream
  • 1 tsp gelatin
  • 310 ml cold water
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Chill a bowl and whisk for 10 minutes
  2. Chill the cream for 10 minutes
  3. In a bowl mix the skim milk powder, salt, vanilla, gelatin & cocoa powder.
  4. Put the mixture in water and mix until fully blended
  5. Add honey to mixture, blend well and chill for 10 minutes.
  6. Take out the chilled bowl, whisk and cream
  7. Pour the cream in the bowl and whip for 10 minutes until thick and creamy.
  8. Take out the cocoa mixture and pour the whipped cream
  9. Fold the mixture with a spatula until fully blended
  10. Pour the mousse in glasses and chill until serving time.
  11. Add more whipped cream for decoration during serving time.
